Return and exchange are not allowed under the following circumstances:

1. Any goods sold by agents not authorized by the company (serial number is inconsistent);

2. For over insured goods (goods beyond warranty period of Three Guarantees);

3. The product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid intake, accident, modification, incorrect installation, or tearing up, altering labels, machine serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting marks; the external packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions of the product are incomplete, and the invoice is missing or altered; 报错

Product maintenance

If there are quality defects within the warranty period, zhihuiju shall choose one of the ways to deal with them:

1. Repair the product free of charge with new or refurbished spare parts

2. If the product is replaced with a new or renovated product, freight and maintenance fees may be charged. Please contact customer service for details. If you are outside the warranty period, you only need to pay a small amount of maintenance costs and freight.

How to get warranty service

In order to obtain warranty service, you must send the product to the address designated by zhihuiju, and use the original packaging or provide the same degree of protection packaging. And provide evidence of purchase details to obtain warranty service.

Exceptions and limitations

1. This clause is applicable to products manufactured by or on behalf of zhihuiju and identified by "trusang" trademark, trade name or logo.

2. No trusang distributor, agent or employee shall be entitled to make any modification, extension or addition to this limited warranty. If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or weakened.
